Professor Dr K M Baharul Islam is presently working as a Fellow at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Shimla, India. He originally holds the position of Professor and Chairperson of Communications Area at Indian Institute of Management Kashipur. He also serves as the Chairperson of the Center of Excellence on Public Policy and Government at the institute. He is a Fellow at the US India Policy Institute in Washington DC.

Lalitha Raja, Fellow at IIAS, Shimla works on "Significance of Optimality Theory in Phonological Acquisition and Assessment and Intervention of Phonological Disorders." She is an Assistant Professor at CAS in Linguistics, Annamalai University. In addition to the post of Assistant Professor, is in-charge for the ‘Centre for Speech and Language Disorder Studies’ that has set as an extension activity of CAS in Linguistics, Annamalai University. She holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics (Psycholinguistics) and her research interests are in Clinical, Psycho and Cognitive Linguistics.

Chhering Dorje retired as Joint Director General from Archaeological Survey of India, Government of India in November, 2013. He served ASI for 35 years in various capacities and had the experience of heritage management and conservation of monuments particularly in the states of Rajasthan, Panjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
